You have an opportunity to cook three times a day. Love yourself three times a day. Stay hungry rather than eat junk food. It is poison and you know it. Carry around an apple and some almonds. Learn to enjoy feeling light and empty; self awareness needs a little hunger to grow.
DEVELOP TEA CULTURE: Coffee is not good for you. Not even decaf. The problem is not the caffeine, it is the harsh acids that make coffee a bad choice.
